14,000 people took action to stop the cruel immigration bill
Thank you to the thousands of you who took action emailing Rishi Sunak to put a stop to the immigration bill.
In July 2023, the immigration bill passed through Parliament and will become law in the UK. This means a tougher path for refugees, survivors of human trafficking and those seeking safety.
But this isn't where our fight ends.
Your efforts - from emailing the UK government, writing to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and advocating in your community - have been invaluable. We cannot thank you enough.
Now, more than ever, we will not give up and will continue to fight for refugees and migrant rights. We believe the UK can be a place of safety and this bill should be repealed.
Thank you for acting with us.
