Our Children's Human Rights Network exists to campaign for, and safeguard, the rights of Children. Under 18s are entitled to the rights guaranteed to all people, but also have a specific set of rights set out in the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC).

Over the years, our network has campaigned (successfully) on removing unfair financial barriers to citizenship for children entitled to it, as well as for the UK to integrate the CRC into domestic law, the abolition of the voting age, child Individual at Risk cases, environmental rights, and much more.

Like you, we are horrified by the violence and the civilian death toll in Gaza, Israel and the rest of the Occupied Palestinian Territories. We’re calling for an immediate ceasefire by all parties in the occupied Gaza Strip and Israel to prevent further loss of civilian lives. Amnesty International is investigating mass summary killings, indiscriminate and disproportionate attacks, hostage-taking, and siege tactics.
