Amnesty UK's newest network, the Disabled People's Human Rights network has just turned a year old. Focusing on access to rights for Disabled People in the UK and around the world, the network will be developing strands of campaigning over the next year that amplify and magnify the voices of Disabled People in terms of sharing their experiences, and in terms of demanding full and complete access to their rights.

The network committee are particularly focused on building a strong network of activists and organisations to drive forward the Human Rights causes that most affect the lives of Disabled People, and the network's first event in October '24 was particularly centred around this.
