By completing this registration for a Team Amnesty charity entry for the Big Half Marathon, I confirm that I agree to the following declaration:

1. I understand that my registration fee is a non-refundable deposit in order to secure my place, if my application is successful.

2. Through my participation in this event, I pledge to fundraise a minimum of £350 for Amnesty International UK (Amnesty UK).

3. I pledge to send Amnesty UK any outstanding sponsorship by six weeks after the event.

4. I acknowledge that I participate in the Big Half Marathon at my own risk and that Amnesty UK will not be held responsible for any injury or illness resulting from my participation in the run. I will undertake suitable training and consult my GP if I have any concerns regarding health or injury.

5. In the event of being unable to participate due to injury or other issue, I understand that I must let Amnesty UK know as soon as possible so that my place can be cancelled. I understand that it won't be possible to defer my place to the 2026 event.

6. Amnesty UK reserves the right to use any photographs and video footage from the event for future promotion.

7. That Amnesty International UK will pass my name and email address to their event partner, London Marathon Events, solely for the purpose of completing my registration and securing my place on the event.

*London Marathon Events Limited is the event partners used by Amnesty International UK to access charity places for the Big Half Marathon. It is necessary for us to provide them with a name and email address to initiate the process of registering your participation in the event. You will receive an email from them prompting you to complete your event registration once this form is complete.
