UK academics urge Colombians to release political prisoner

More than a thousand academics in the UK have signed a letter calling for the release of a Colombian academic, Dr Miguel Angel Beltran.

There are thought to be more than five thousand political prisoners in Colombia according to Justice for Colombia.
