Amnesty TV out today
Amnesty TV, our new video magazine show mixing satire, stunts, short documentaries, opinion and news is now LIVE at www.amnestytv.co.ukEpisode One features a message from Aung San Suu Kyi; a satirical training video highlighting “control & restraint” techniques used during forced removals from the UK; a polemic on freedom of expression online from Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales; and a funny stunt with Heydon Prowse (from Don’t Panic) taking a birthday card for Amnesty around the embassies of China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, North Korea and the US. Check out the reaction of the Saudi embassy’s security guard, great people skills…Amnesty TV is coming out fortnightly so if you like it, look out for the second instalment in a couple of Fridays’ time.
