 Garys currently serving a life sentence after he was accused of shooting a white 13-year-old boy when he was just 16.  His trial was riddled with flaws and was set during a racially charged time in Louisiana. Amnesty International has considered it to be an unfair trial.  Garys case is expected to be heard before the Louisiana Pardon Board in December. If youre a true aficionado, no doubt you humming the chorus to yourself now.Even if youre not, check out Amnestys action page and send an appeal to Louisianas state authorities, so that Gary has a real opportunity for justice.
