Four Women Stoned to Death in Iran
Stoning to death is the most barbaric, most horrific kind of execution that had ever existed in the history of mankind. Yet, in the Islamic Republic of Iran people, expecially women have been stoned to death on a number of occasions. Just as reports were published that stoning has been removed as a form of execution from the penal code in Iran, reports came out that the bodies of four women has been delivered to the coroner's office in Tehran bearing the sighns of being stoned to death.
Details of the women or their crimes or the location where they have been stoned to death has not been disclosed but the fact remains that despite the international outcry and denials of the courts in Iran such practice still exists.
