I want to donate to Amnesty, how do I do this?
Thank you for your generosity! You can make a donation to Amnesty by visiting amnesty.org.uk/giving/donate/give .
Alternatively, you can choose a “Pay-it-Forward” option when booking your ticket, which enables us to offer free tickets for this event to anyone whose circumstances would otherwise prevent them from attending.

I need to bring a carer/Personal Assistant, am I able to attend?
Of course. We offer free tickets for carers and assistants. Please select the companion option when booking.
IMPORTANT: Due to limited capacity in most rooms (except for the Fireworks Factory) we cannot guarantee admission to any specific individual session. If there is a session you are particularly interested in attending, and you wish to be seated next to a carer, please let us know in advance by emailing activistevents@amnesty.org.uk. We will endeavour, where possible, to reserve seats together.
What provisions are made for D/deaf and hard of hearing attendees?
Hearing loops are in use in the following spaces:
- Fireworks Factory
- Stonecutters Studio
- Coopers’ Studio
All events taking place in the Fireworks Factory will have BSL interpretation. Selected events in other spaces will also be offered with BSL interpretation, and these will be clearly indicated in the printed programme and on our website (please look out for the BSL sign). If you have any queries, or if there is a specific session you are planning to attend, for which you would require BSL interpretation, please contact us on activistevents@amnesty.org.uk. Though we are not able to guarantee the availability of a BSL interpreter for each session, we will do our best to accommodate your request, where possible.
I have a guide dog, am I able to attend?
Yes – please let us know when booking your ticket.
Is a quiet room available?
We are working on making this available on the day of our event and will publish more information once this is confirmed.
TICKETING
Is there a minimum age to attend?
All ages are welcome for this event but anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are free for under 12s.
I want to attend the concert and already have a daytime ticket – do I need to purchase a separate ticket?
Yes, the evening concert (which will be taking place from 18:00 to 20:00 in the Fireworks Factory) is ticketed separately from the daytime activities. Daytime ticket holders will be given priority for booking evening concert tickets when sales open on the 30th of October. Please look out for your exclusive concert ticket offer email.
I didn’t get a chance to buy a daytime event and only got hold of a concert ticket. Can I come and attend daytime sessions?
We’d be delighted to welcome you to any of the sessions taking place in the Fireworks Factory. Due to limited seating in all other spaces, however, you will not be able to join any of the other sessions.
Do I have to pre-book my ticket?
Yes – space is limited so we strongly encourage you to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Do you offer free tickets?
We hope to make our events more accessible to all. If the ticket price is preventing you from joining us, please email activistevents@amnesty.org.uk to request a free ticket.
I work with a community group. Can we book multiple tickets?
To make our event more accessible, we are offering free tickets to community groups and grassroots organisations who would like to bring a small group of people to the event. If you work or volunteer with people within your community and would like to take up this option, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact activistevents@amnesty.org.uk.

Can I pre-book individual sessions?

If there is a session you are particularly interested in attending, we recommend arriving early to the space in which the session is scheduled to take place.
Can I join the in-person event at any time?

Latecomers may be admitted into the Fireworks Factory at a suitable time within a session – please note that this may differ depending on the nature of the session taking place.
