We are having a street collection on Saturday 19 July to raise funds for Amnesty International. The collection points are Lytham Square, St Anne’s Square and outside Booth’s in Ansdell.

In March we heard that our "Nominated Individual At Risk” , Ponciano Mbomio Nvo , for whom we have been advocating and actively supporting, over the last year, has had his licence to practise

The group received a positive response when it took its human rights message to the vegetarian and Green communityon Saturday 22 February.

24th January 2014 is the Day of the Endangered Lawyer - raising awareness for human rights lawyers persecuted for doing their job.
