You are welcome to atted our next meeting on Monday 21 March 7.30pm St Mary's Church Centre*, Horsefair, Banbury OX16 0AA.

We will be writing letters on urgent cases for the first 30 minutes -by hand or on laptop/tablet as you wish.

At 8pm we'll be having our short (20 mins) AGM. This is a good opportunity to consider whether you'd like to take on a particular (or new/different) role in the group - for example, looking after a specific area of campaigning activity.

We're then planning to have a discussion about what should be our priorities in reaching out to, and developing relationships with, third party organisations in the area (including schools/colleges, community organisations etc)

It will be great to have your input at the meeting.

*St Mary's Church Centre is the church hall adjacent to St Mary's Church, Banbury. It is accessed along a short drive to the south (Banbury Cross) side of the church. There is parking next to the hall that can be reached along this drive (or you can park in the public spaces in South Bar or Horse Fair and walk along the drive to the hall).
