Record breaking Summer Fete

Thanks to everyone who supported our Fete in North Newington on Saturday. Thanks to Eileen and Peter who did the bulk of the organising, to Neil and Carol Wild for use of their garden (and much else), to everyone who was involved with any of the stall or activities on the day, to Patrissia Cuberos for some lovely songs on her guitar and to everyone who came on a glorious sunny afternoon (we had about 80-90 people joining us). There are still a few donations trickling in and net proceeds for Amnesty were £900, which is a great result and a record return from the event . The afternoon was also packed with great conversations, about Amnesty, human rights and lots of other things!
