We meet every Saturday at 10 am in Diss Market Place with others from Diss Palestine Solidarity and stand quietly with placards demanding an end to Israel's genocide of the Palestinians, the incursions into the illegally occupied Palestinian territories, and Israel's invasion of southern Lebanon and south-west Syria.

For a few months now some of us carry Palestinian flags as well as Amnesty 'End Israeli Apartheid' placards and we recently obtained some 'Palestine Will Be Free' umbrellas which make for good visibility.  

Once gathered, we walk in single file through the main shopping street, out onto the main through road, across the Park and back to the Market Place.  We stand in silence a couple of times with a notice on display that reads "Stand With Us In Silent Witness".
