A Taste of Freedom - Worldwide Seasonal Recipes

Our award-winning* book of international recipes 'A Taste of Freedom' has just reprinted for the second time. With 250 copies sold to date, the book has raised over £400 for Amnesty. Professionally printed by Burwell Press, the book contains 44 delicious recipes from every continent, including some unusual ones from countries such as Iraq, Russia, Sicily and Finland, and is illustrated with pen and ink drawings by local artist Barbara Grafton. Chefs Claudia Roden and Guy Harrington contributed recipes, and the stunning front cover photograph was taken by Jason Bell who  photographed the christening of Prince George.
