Christmas Fair and Greetings Card Campaign
Our local group is back at the beautifully refurbished St Stephen's Church in the centre of Exeter High Street for our annual Amnesty International Christmas Fair on Saturday 15th September, between 10am and 1pm. High-quality bric-a-brac, books, cakes and refreshments will be on sale as usual. We will also be inviting the public to take part in our Greetings Card Campaign by writing messages of support and comfort to prisoners of conscience and individuals at risk across the world. Do call in if you can and TAKE ACTION!
“Never think that you as an individual, you as a group, you as the Amnesty International collective, cannot make a difference. You are making a difference every day … I'm still here because you care. Don't stop caring.” Jenni Williams, WOZA National Coordinator, Zimbabwe
