Our tree at the Minehead Christmas Tree Festival at the beginning of December was much admired. The theme of the festival this year was 'music'. So we decorated our tree with words from the Amnesty Cantata composed by Emily Feldberg for our AI 50th birthday celebration concert in  2011. We also hung on the tree photos of prisoners featured in the Write for Rights Campaign and left campaign booklets by the tree for members of the public to pick up. We find this is a useful opportunity to spread the word about Amnesty International in our local community.
