At the AIUK AGM in Swansea on 7/8 April, we were thrilled to be awarded a prize for our work with local media.We were presented with a certificate and a bag full of goodies. This included a bottle of wine which we gave to our hard-working press officer Jill Walmsley. We are grateful to the West Somerset Free Press and the Somerset Gazette for publishing our photos and press releases on a very regular basis. This is very helpful in raising the profile of Amnesty International in this rural part of Somerset.
