On the 10th of June we took a stall to Nottingham Green Festival, along with the Nottingham group. The event was very successful, and we even had some nice weather!

We sold lots of second-hand books and home-made cakes - we initially thought that we'd made far too many cakes, but they did all go in the end! We also sold some silver and semi-precious pendants. Lots of letters and cards were signed by visitors to the stall: 45 Arms Trade postcards, and 72 letters (24 on a China case, 23 Burma, 25 Russia re Syria).

Thanks to everyone from the Beeston and Nottingham groups who volunteered to help out on the stall. The money we raised through sales and donations will go towards supporting the groups' work, including postage for letters written at events and meetings.
