Film screening of 'All Static and Noise' and panel discussion hosted by Oxford City Amnesty on Friday 29th November.

'All Static and Noise' is an one-hour documentary with testimony from Uyghur survivors of 're-education camps' in Xinjiang.

There will be a brief introduction before the film. After the film there will be a panel discussion with question and answer led by Amnesty International UK China Co-ordinator Nabila Hanson, and a representative of the Uyghur community.
