Human Rights in Hungary and Poland
The next monthly meeting of the Oxford City Amnesty International Group is on Tuesday 17th April from 7.15 - 9.00pm in Oxford Town Hall, St Aldate's, OX1 1BX.
We are pleased to welcome Ulrike Schmidt, the Amnesty UK Country coordinator for Central and Eastern Europe, who will give a talk on the human rights situation in Hungary and Poland. There will also be opportunity for a question and answer session.
The meeting will also include updates on all our ongoing campaigns, news of upcoming events plus an opportunity to write some letters.
Meetings are free to attend and open to both members and non-members. All are welcome to attend.
If you're not a member but are interested in joining, you can do that on the night. Annual membership of the local group is £5.00 (or £2.00 if you are unwaged).
