December is Human Rights Month in Sheffield
December is a busy month for everyone but it is especially busy for us in Amnesty Sheffield. Three things coming up for you ; two for Write for Rights and one for Human Rights Day.
Write for Rights Stall
Sunday 6th December, 1100 - 1500, Barkers Pool
As part of the annual Greetings Card Campaign we will have a stall outside the Town Hall on Sunday 6th December between 11 and 3pm. The aim of the stall is to promote the above event and get as many people to sign some greeting cards for us to send. Write for Rights Meeting
Wednesday 9th December, 1915 - 2100, Quaker Meeting House
The Write for Rights campaign meeting will be on Wednesday 9th December 19:15 - 21:00 at the Quaker Meeting House. If you've never been to this event before, we send greeting cards are posted to prison of conscience. We get together to either make cards or use existing cards and send them across the globe.
