Wednesday September 11th 7.30 p.m. monthly meeting at the Friends' Meeting House, 37 Maidenhead Road Stratford-upon-Avon.  Our speaker will be Souren Mousavi, born in Persia and now living in Stratford, who will speak about her experiences of seeking asylum in the UK .  Souren fled Iran in 2000 after suffering torture and imprisonment for her artwork and campaigning work for women’s rights.  The business meeting takes place at 7.30; Souren will speak at about 8.15.  All welcome.
