Open Bethlehem Film. 1 Dec, Penryn, 19.30

Open Bethlehem is a film about a homecoming to the world's most famous little town. The film spans seven momentous years in the life of Bethlehem as the occupation wall is gradually built encircling it. Director Leila Sansour (who will introduce the film and take part in a Q&A session afterwards) was borne to Palestinian refugee parents in Moscow but moved to Bethlehem in 1973 when her father returned home to help set up the new University there.
