Volunteers from Wells & surrounding areas, stood in the Penniless Porch of Wells Cathedral during International Women's Day. We gave out beautiful posies of flowers made in the colours of the suffragettes, got 68 petition letters signed and raised over £70. It was a huge success.

Our next meeting will be in The Globe Inn, Wells on Thursday 17th April from 2.30pm.

We are planning many events this year including a Refugee Awareness Day to Launch the sgtart of Refugee Week in June, Raising money and awareness at Priddy Folk Festival and a Fundraising Garden Party in the summer. Please do get involved!
