Amnesty International UK has produced this briefing for House of Commons Committee on Government Bill 262 to address the extremely complex and limited legal proceedings by which the Home Secretary's power to expel someone under this Bill is to be subject to any constraint.

The briefing sets out the feeble nature of those legal proceedings and the extraordinary degree to which the Home Secretary is empowered to control them.
