Amnesty International UK & PRCBC "British citizenship" briefing for House of Lords Committee on Government HL Bill 148

Amnesty International UK and the Project for the Registration of Children as British Citizens (PRCBC) support amendments 117 and 118 (and related amendments) tabled by Lord Moylan and Baroness Lister of Burtersett to remove the Bill's impact on rights to British nationality.

This joint briefing summarises the clear impropriety of this Bill's impact on rights to British citizenship. The Bill's similar impact on rights to other British nationality is equally improper.
