Amnesty UK submission to Home Affairs Committee on delivery of Brexit: immigration

In this submission, Amnesty warns that while Brexit will undoubtedly have an impact on the Home Office capacity to operate its immigration system, the answer to this cannot be found in merely considering the circumstances of Brexit and the EU citizens, and family members, directly affected by the ending of EU free movement rights.
