Joint Migrant Voice and Amnesty UK Submission to the House of Lords Justice and Home Affairs Committee on Family Migration

This submission provides an analysis of the relation of international human rights obligations and domestic policy to family life, identifying three systemic concerns arising from UK immigration law, policy and practice.

It further provides present examples of these systemic concerns from across UK immigration law, policy and practice.
