Are you aged 11 -18 and passionate about human rights? Make a difference by joining or starting an youth group at school, or becoming a youth member.

We run Write for Rights every year because it works. Our 2016 campaign saw 152,000 people across the UK alone taking part, writing messages of solidarity to. It makes a difference. Here's how.

Inspired by our Youth Award winners our new fundraising pack Give it Up for Human Rights is a great way to learn about human rights and fundraise at the same time.
This pack contains all you need to organise a Give it Up for Human Rights day at your school.

We campaign and fundraise for human rights in 500 schools and sixth form colleges across the UK.

Our new interactive map reveals how many countries misuse police weapons such as rubber bullets, tear gas, pepper spray, and batons to harass, intimidate, punish, or drive away protesters, shutting down their right to peaceful assembly. It also includes protest restrictions in the UK.

Our groups campaign, fundraise and generally have a lot of fun, developing great friendships, skills and confidence along the way. We provide all the materials and support you need to make setting up and running a group as simple, successful and rewarding as possible.

This month's update focuses on two individuals who have been tortured, Darius Evangelista from
the Philippines and Miriam Lopez from Mexico. It also includes information on how to attend the AGM in April.
