Thank you for signing up to the Amnesty International Cycling Challenge! We’re delighted to have your support and we’re here to help you every step of the way. Once you’ve registered for the event, we’ll be in touch to provide you with training and fundraising advice.
To get you started, we’ve created some helpful training plans which you can download at the bottom of this page.
We also offer all our supporters the opportunity to get a personalised training plan with specialist coach, Ben Barwick from Full Potential. To access this, you will need to have signed up and confirmed your place on the cycling event, then you can simply complete the training plan survey. Please note that no personal data will be shared with us or any third party.
We hope this support helps to keep you strong and motivated as you prepare, ensuring you stay injury-free and ready for the event!
