Our National Conference and AGM will be packed with thought-provoking discussion and debate, as well as an exhibition, action centre and international guests.

It's a great place to meet others who share your commitment to justice and human rights. It's also your chance to participate in our decision-making by debating and voting on a wide range of human rights issues.

Who can attend and vote

All Amnesty UK members can attend and vote at our AGM.

  • Individual/Family members (Aged 14+) - one vote
  • Affiliate member - one vote for the first 5,000 members and a further vote for 10,000 members or part thereof up to a maximum of 10 votes
  • Groups (Local/Student/Youth) - 10 votes

Concessionary places

There are a limited number of concessionary places available allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

  • Individual members who are senior citizens
  • Individual members who are unemployed for any reason including disability
  • Local group members who are unable to fund the cost of a place
  • Students and youth members - whether in a group or as an individual
  • Trade Union affiliates who meet specific criteria

Please note: Local, Student and Youth groups can send up to 10 representatives but concessionary places at the subsidised rate will only apply to two members of the group.
