    We want as many Amnesty International members and supporters to take to the streets of Belfast to highlight our call on President Obama to close Guantanamo Bay, on President Putin to end his crackdown on free speech and civil society in Russia and for all the G8 leaders to make human rights central to a new global development agenda to tackle world poverty.

    Join us for the Northern Ireland premiere of this hard-hitting drama recounting the violent end to the 2001 G8 summit, which left one anti-globalisation protestor dead.

    Putting a stop to human trafficking

    We are working to address human trafficking in Northern Ireland through research and recommendations to the NI Executive, including the Department of Justice. We also hold an advisory and secretariat role for the All Party Group on Human Trafficking for Northern Ireland. 

    Institutional child abuse inquiry
